Tim Feaster
Tim Feaster is a Partner in the Dallas office of Waveland International, Inc. Most recently, Tim Feaster served as Executive Vice President in DHR International's Dallas, TX office. Prior to joining DHR International, he was Senior Vice President & Partner, Retail/Consumer Products and Services/Apparel at HylÍ Human Capital Partners where he was responsible for business development and the management of client accounts. Previous to his career at HylÍ, Tim enjoyed success at TMP Worldwide, Korn Ferry International and Ray & Berndtson as a Partner respectively.

Before entering the executive search industry, Tim spent 25 years in the apparel manufacturing industry heavily leveraging the retail environment. He was responsible for all phases of corporate management including manufacturing, marketing, national sales force management, trade shows, styling, advertising, customer service, senior-level staffing and sales force recruitment.

Tim has significant experience and success in completing executive search assignments for the retail industry, apparel, food, advertising, e-commerce, high technology, as well as the Big 5 Consulting Firms. Tim has placed `C-level' to middle management positions in operations, finance & accounting, merchandising, sales & marketing, human resources and technology, both domestically and internationally.



Phillip D. Greenspan
Phil serves as the Managing Partner of Waveland Executive Search. With more than twenty years in the executive search industry, Phil has gained unique expertise in the management of diverse recruitment needs for clients in virtually every industry, encompassing major functional disciplines at the corporate, divisional and operating levels. His current practice focuses heavily on diversified industries involved in technology, manufacturing, consumer goods/services and industrial products.

Prior to joining the Waveland International organization, Phil was executive vice president and managing director at the Chicago headquarters of DHR International, the 11th largest executive search consulting firm in the U.S. During Philís four year tenure at DHR, he was a leading architect in the firmís dramatic 300% revenue growth.

Philís prior executive search experiences include the creation and diversification of a regional professional services firm in Dallas, as well as a successful earlier career in Chicago. His current client base ranges from small privately owned businesses to Fortune 100 multinationals. He has successfully completed engagements at the senior executive level in the biotechnology, real estate services, hospitality, consumer durables manufacturing and high technology sectors.

Phil holds a business administration degree from Southern Illinois University and resides in Chicago.

Michael J. Koeller
Mr. Koeller serves as the managing director of Waveland International's New York Office and has been a major contributor in shaping the firm's strategic market positioning. With extensive experience and broad business knowledge in the areas of information services, publishing and consumer products, Mr. Koeller has led executive staffing agendas in virtually all functional disciplines throughout the numerous industry sectors.

In a career spanning nearly 30 years, Mr. Koeller has held a number of senior leadership roles in corporate human resources, administrative services and management consulting. During the tumultuous re-engineering decades of the eighties and nineties, Mr. Koeller served in Chief Personnel Officer roles for significant divisions of Dun and Bradstreet, Automatic Data Processing and McGraw Hill. Earlier in his career, Mr. Koeller held a series of key managerial positions at Lever Brothers, PepsiCo and Pfizer. Throughout his career, Mr. Koeller has utilized his diverse experience to successfully transform difficult business and staff relationships into high performance partnerships through the enhancement of organizational capability, communication and collaboration.

A native of the northeast, Mr. Koeller has an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Delaware which is augmented by post graduate studies in Labor Economics at Rutgers University, where he also served as an associate instructor.


Philip J. Nicholson
Phil is a Partner in the Chicago Office of Waveland International where he specializes in working with companies from Fortune 100 to Private Equity backed firms in the middle market. He has experience conducting assignments in a variety of industries with functional experience in finance, general management, operations and human resources.

Prior to joining Waveland, Phil was the President of PJ Nicholson & Associates, a boutique retained search firm based in Oakbrook, Illinois. Waveland International acquired PJ Nicholson & Associates in October 2005.

Phil has two years of executive search experience and prior to starting his own firm he was a Managing Partner with Edcon Partners a venture backed retained executive search firm. Additionally, he was a Managing Consultant with Price

Waterhouse Coopers where he was responsible for internal recruiting and conducting executive search for human resources for companies in the Automotive, Chemical, Consumer Products, Energy, Financial Services, Packaging for Fortune 100, emerging and private equity backed companies has earned him strong credibility among his peers and clients.

Phil began his career in sales and then recruiting with Sara Lee Corporation. He holds a degree in economics from University of Illinois. He is married with two children and resides in the western suburbs of Chicago.

   Nelson D. Rodriguez
Nelson is a Managing Partner in the Chicago office of Waveland Executive Search where he specializes in working with Private Equity backed clients, and has a well rounded background conducting searches in a variety of industries and functional capacities for companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 100. Nelson joins Waveland from Cook Associates where he was the Managing Director of the Business Services & Technology Practice after they had acquired his Chicago-based retained executive search firm Cristal Partners.

Nelson has significant experience in both executive search and consulting. Prior to starting his own firm, Nelson served as Executive Vice President and a member of the management team of IT Mergers and Acquisitions, a venture backed, start-up organization. The firmís focus was M&A transactions and recruiting, specifically within the information technology services area.

Additionally, he served as President of the Harris Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of IT Mergers and Acquisitions, specializing in information technology executive recruitment.

Nelson began his executive search career with DHR International, where he served in a variety of capacities including his role as Senior Vice President, in which he had direct responsibility for the firmís high rate of growth through acquisitions and recruitment of executives. He simultaneously managed client assignments for a wide range of industry sectors and functions throughout North America. His expertise in executive search as a specialist in professional services has been recognized by IT Global Consulting Report and InfoWorld, where he has served as an expert source in various articles.

Prior to entering the executive search business, Nelson served as Director of Distribution for the publication, Pro Football Weekly. He also served as the assistant defensive coordinator for the North Central College varsity football team. Nelson earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern College in Minnesota, where he was a scholar athlete, excelling in baseball and football. He is married with two sons and resides in Western Springs, a suburb of Chicago.
